Integrated family services provides case management support to vulnerable families with children from pre-birth to 17 years of age.

The 200 hours program works intensively with families with complex needs, where significant risk has been identified.

The service duration is for up to 200 hours of support.
Referrals are made via Child Protection, and Child Protection and the 200 Hours practitioner work in partnership to support the family guided by the Child Protection case plan.
Child Protection remain open during the intervention.

The primary objectives of the FPR Response, in partnership with Child Protection, are:
Families with complex needs who have or had child protection involvement where the children are at risk of entering or re-entering care, or where the children are returning to the family from care.
The program works intensively with families and children for up to 240 hours. Child Protection may remain involved, or may close their case once FPR are engaged.
Referrals are made via the Child Protection Navigator who works with Child Protection practitioners to identify and connect families. Identification happens as early as possible within a family’s child protection involvement.

To support and assist parents to develop the skills necessary to provide for the physical and emotional needs of their child.
The target group for PASDS is infants and young children from birth to three years of age and their families where:
PASD comprises 2 parts – a 3 week Parenting Assessment, and a 9 week Skills Development component, where the family are supported to upskill in identified areas of need.
Referrals are made by Child Protection, who remain involved for the duration of the service.
FamilyCare
PFF aims to improve the safety, health and wellbeing of families that have multiple interactions with the health, social and justice service systems. This will help keep families together. It will simplify access to services and offer early intervention and support to keep families strong.

Referrals are made directly to the program via health, social and justice service system.
FamilyCare, Rumbalara, OzChild
Provides Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander mothers, partners and their children with antenatal, postnatal and parenting support from pregnancy until the child reaches the age of four.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families with infant children from 0 – 4 yrs, who have need support for complex needs.
Duration is flexible and up to the child reaches the age of four
Referrals via Child Protection or directly.
Rumbalara
Families in scope will be eligible for a family services response and have a child (0-18) or parent with a physical, cognitive, psychosocial or sensory disability.
Service duration varies dependent on the type of intervention: brief intervention, foundation, sustained and intensive. It is anticipated that approximately 50% of the role will be providing sector consultations and support.
